1) The LOG files were NOT created even the OPTION is set to ON.
2) There is no way to find out what the ERROR is about when it's logged as ERROR.
3) When Complete, don't even know where the output file is saved - It shows the output file name and directory output, but it does NOT exist.
4) I don't know if there is any forum for users to log all these problems.
